Three things decide how AI sees your brand

The three look alike but never move together. Most brands spend their effort on the wrong one.

Measure one

Visibility

How many of your category's answers contain your name. Nothing else means anything before this.

Measure two

Rank

If you appear, where. The distance between the first two names and the fifth is far longer than it looks.

Measure three

Tone

Which adjective lands next to your name. The same score, said two different ways, produces two different outcomes.

Reporting & export

One report, every format your team already uses

The same measurement leaves the platform however you need it — a slide for the board, a sheet for the analyst, a live source for the dashboard, a branded file for the client.

White-label report

Your logo, your colours, your domain on the link.

CSV

Every answer, brand and source as rows — filter it your way.

Looker Studio

A live connector, so a dashboard refreshes itself.

API

Read-only endpoints for a warehouse or a BI tool.

Country and language breakdown

The same score split by country and by language.

What users say

For six months we couldn't work out why demo requests were falling. In Rixe we saw we never appeared in our category's answers. In the three weeks after the first fix, visibility went from 11% to 38%.

Seda DemirkanMarketing Director, Kavun

We track fourteen clients from one dashboard. The monthly report used to take half a day; now we press export. The source report also sets our content plan directly.

Mert AkgünCo-founder, Orbit Agency

Tone tracking turned out to be the valuable part for us. We noticed the models were describing our product with our pricing policy from two years ago, and we fixed it.

Pay for the prompts you track

Every engine is on every plan. What a plan sets is how many prompts you track, how many you measure at once, and how many workspaces you split them across.

The eleven engines are open on every plan — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral and Qwen. Some are read through a search surface and some through the provider's API, which changes how an answer is retrieved, not whether your plan may track it.

Frequently asked

AI visibility is how often, in which position and with what tone a brand appears in the answers generated by assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It is not a search ranking: a brand is either named inside the answer text or it is absent from the decision entirely. Rixe measures all three dimensions daily and reports them as one visibility score per category.

An SEO tool measures where a page ranks on a results page. Rixe measures whether a brand is named inside an AI-generated answer, which position it holds among the brands mentioned, and which sources the model used to build that answer. The two rarely agree: a page can rank first in search and never appear in the AI answer to the same question, because the model draws on third-party sources such as review sites, forum threads and comparison articles.

Rixe runs a defined set of category prompts through each engine's live interface once a day and parses the answer that comes back. For every run it records whether the brand was named, its rank among the brands mentioned, the sentiment of the sentence around the name, and every source the answer cited. No score is published from a single run: below five runs a prompt is marked insufficient sample, and every score ships with a Wilson confidence interval.

Rixe measures ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral and Qwen. Every plan covers every engine; the plan sets how many are measured at once, never which ones exist.

They are live answers, not a canned dataset. Rixe calls each engine's search-grounded endpoint — the retrieval-backed models that answer real users — once every 24 hours, and stores the response verbatim with its citations. What you see in the dashboard is the answer that engine produced that day.

Rixe tracks prompts in the language your buyers use, with country-level results across 23 market packs. The same prompt can be compared side by side in two languages — which is where most brands discover that their answer abroad names somebody else.

A brand mention means the brand's name appears in the text of the answer. A source citation means the answer was built from the brand's own content, which can happen even when the name is never mentioned. Rixe measures the two separately because they answer different questions: whether the model recommends you, and whether it trusts you as a source.

Plans are priced by how many prompts you track — 50 on Solo, 150 on Growth, 400 on Scale, 500 on Leader — and the agency tiers buy a pool of measurement credits instead. The limit counts the prompts you add, not the checks we run: 150 prompts measured on six engines is 900 checks a day at no extra cost. Every plan covers every engine and every market, refreshes daily.

Yes. Rixe exposes a REST API, a Looker Studio connector and an MCP server. The MCP server lets an AI assistant read a brand's visibility data directly, so the metrics can be queried in the same place the rest of the reporting already happens.

The first reading lands the same day; a trend you can defend takes two to three weeks, because engine answers move day to day and one reading is not a direction.

Priced by the questions you watch, not the work we do

Start with the questions you already know matter. The first report takes four minutes and needs nothing but your domain.
